We've been using Tribune for over a year now and are absolutely thrilled: matrix teams are simply a top-notch feature. Through the system's API, we built highly convenient HR analytics dashboards, integrated requests with Jira, and, on top of that, whenever an employee goes on vacation, travels for work, or is out sick, Tribune automatically updates their status in the calendar, and that is really cool. I can’t believe how I worked without an HR platform before! 😀
Tribune has become my primary tool at work. We customized it to suit our needs and now manage everything there: from passport numbers to information about employee allergies. The system also notifies us about birthdays, upcoming vacations, expiring contracts, and more. I also love the 'Employees' module, which has replaced nearly all of our spreadsheets, and the 'Calendar' module, where we can see all employee vacations and sick leaves, making it easy to plan onboarding sessions or training
